Who doesn’t love a good donut?!?
My favourite treat is from a place in Maine called Holy Donut.
They make their donuts with potato flour and a lot of love.
We will head there maybe 4 times per year, while we are up in Maine, as a special treat.

But, it doesn’t take a degree in nutrition to know that donuts really aren’t something to have as a staple in your diet.
They’re really nutritionally empty and they won’t help you reach any of your health and fitness goals.
That doesn’t mean there aren’t alternatives that are much healthier…. Which you can eat with a little more regularity…. Without the guilt.
