MONSTER Monday Workout 9.30.13: Birthday Burpees!
- Foam Roll
- Inchworms x7
- Glute Bridges x20
- Shoulder Mobility with foam roller or tennis ball x5min
It’s pretty straightforward… do one Burpee for each year you’ve been alive.
Example: I’d be bustin’ out 32 Burpees in a row- NO REST- since I just turned 32!
Regression: To make it a bit easier [and if you've been around a while], you can break up your Burpees into groups of 5, 10, etc. and take rest periods in between.
Progression: Take your Burpee # and double it, or add the Burpee number of your partner or workout pal!
