MONSTER Monday Workout 2.11.13: Cardio CRAZE!
- Foam Roll
- Hip Swings x20 in each direction
- Hip Circles x20
- Walkouts x10
*Do each of these exercises for 30 seconds to 1 minute and repeat the circuit until you’ve done 20 working minutes of cardio. Take breaks as necessary!
- Mountain Climbers
- Squat Jumps
- Jump Rope
- Skater Jumps
*If you are not familiar with any of the exercises, consult a certified professional before you attempt them! Adjust the length and intensity of this workout in accordance to your fitness level. You can decrease weight, or reps for any of the exercises. You can also modify body weight exercises.
