MONSTER Monday Workout 2.18.13: IceBreaker
Warm-Up
- Foam Roll
- Hip Swings x20 in each direction
- Hip Circles x20
- Walkouts x10
*You can do this circuit with a partner and take turns doing the exercises, or do them on your own one by one!
- Burpee using BOSU ball or CoreBoard x10
- Tall plank walk through agility ladder x2
-BOSU/CoreBoard Burpee with sprint across room x5
- In/Out sprint on agility ladder x2
- BOSU/CoreBoard lateral Burpees [feet go to Left & Right sides instead of straight back] x10
- Mountain Climbers x40
*If you are not familiar with any of the exercises, consult a certified professional before you attempt them! Adjust the length and intensity of this workout in accordance to your fitness level. You can decrease weight, or reps for any of the exercises. You can also modify body weight exercises.
