I want to share one of the biggest takeaways with you:
- Simple + Execution = Success
As it relates to getting fit & healthy, all we really need to do is consistently execute a few simple steps.
First, add movement into your routine for 30 minutes per day, at least 3 days per week. Don’t get caught up in any more detail than that… Just move. For 30 minutes. 3 Days per week..
Second, eat fresh veggies/fruit and lean protein at each meal. Don’t get caught up in the minutia that bogs so many people down. Just put veggies/fruit and protein on your plate every time you sit for a meal.
Third, Train Your Brain to practice mindfulness.. Meaning, don’t mindlessly eat a bag of chips while sitting on the couch…. don’t eat/drink things without actually being hungry…. move in ways that make your body feel better, not in ways that leave you feeling broken and sick.
That’s really it. If you get in the habit of executing these simple tips… day in and day out… you will achieve a level of success that 95% of people never will.
