2020 has been lovingly dubbed a “dumpster fire” or “hell on Earth” and folks are just sick and tired of all the negativity and bad things happening.
It seems that people (wrongly) assume that once the day, month, and year are different, something will miraculously change & things will be amazing.
That could not be more WRONG!
Nothing is going to improve in 2021 until YOU improve the way you’re living life!
If you’ve been focused on everything that’s gone wrong or negatively in 2020, then you’re gonna do the same in 2021.
If you’ve used the pandemic as an excuse to abandon exercise, eating supportively, and keeping up with self-care, then 2021 isn’t going to be any different for you.
If you’ve decided that 2020 “sucks,” then you’re going to see everything that happens in a negative light & completely block yourself from allowing positive energy and events into your life.
Nothing about a new calendar is going to be the “miracle” or “key” to huge change or improvement.
It will only ever come with deliberate attention to a mindset shift & behaviour change.
➡️Today I encourage you to take a long, hard look at the way you’ve conducted your life in 2020.
