That includes programs and methods by which we attempt to lose weight, get fit, and transform our lives to be the healthiest and happiest ever. No matter how well matched we are to a program, there’s always going to be hiccups and setbacks. It’s called life.
But, there is one thing that works for people 100% of the time. Without fail.
Negativity works 100% of the time.
People ask me why I bother to work so hard on my mindset, and my positive mental attitude….why bother? Because that’s the alternative- negativity. And it will win! But it will only win if you let it.
If you allow negativity to creep into your sphere, and take over your mindset, it will win. Which is exactly why you should be working daily to improve your mindset, train your brain, strengthen your mental muscle, and keep the negativity at bay.
Maintaining a positive mental attitude doesn’t mean you keep your head in the clouds and act as if nothing is ever wrong…
Maintaining a positive mental attitude means finding gratitude in every single experience, event, and circumstance that comes your way. It means knowing that there is meaning in all of those things, not just the ones we perceive as “good.” It means maintaining the faith that the world is working for you, even when you can’t exactly figure out how in this moment.
That is how you stay mentally strong.
That is how you keep negativity far from you.
Because you’re gonna trip up and slip up from time to time in life... but if you can stay positive through it all, negativity will NEVER win.
