(En)Vision Coaching

Oftentimes, people need more than just a quick check-in during a workout session to address life imbalances or road blocks that might be impeding their workouts or overall wellness. Sometimes, people need one-on-one, individual coaching sessions to identify and talk through fears, challenges, nutritional guidance, stress reduction techniques, and behavior modification.
Michelle Densmore, CPT, LCSW has the education and the experience to coach clients on both their physical and mental wellness. Michelle received her Masters in Social Work from Simmons College, and is a licensed certified social worker. Her experience in a clinical setting using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention, and Solution-Focused Therapy, allow her to work through a wide range of challenges with clients. She helps clients pinpoint patterns and behaviors that contribute to an unhealthy lifestyle, and works alongside them to create long-lasting, healthy alternatives.
Coaching
Coaching sessions are opportunities for clients to overcome mental barriers that impede health and fitness goals as well as general life goals.
(En)Vision Coaching Sessions entail:
- 60-minute meeting (either in-person or via Skype) to assess initial issues and struggles. Client will identify goals, and obstacles to those goals.
- Behavior change plans will be co-developed by the client and Michelle to fit the client’s individual lifestyle.
- Clients are free to schedule a coaching session immediately before or following a training session, or can make this appointment completely separate.
- Michelle keeps detailed notes on progress, questions, feedback, and other information, ensuring the best quality of service is maintained at all times.
- 100% privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times. (Michelle is a mandated reporter and, by law, must act accordingly by reporting life-threatening information to the proper authorities.)
One coaching session per month is included in all memberships. Additional coaching sessions may be scheduled as desired.
