Fitness Class Schedule
This 30-minute class is short and intense on purpose. Participants will improve their athletic conditioning, their glucose metabolism, and they will burn fat. High Intensity Interval Training is just that - intense. Come prepared to work hard and get great results. Sign up below.

Lucky13Fitness blends the traditional Bootcamp-style workout (think: push-ups, squats, lunges done in unison while counting reps) with a variety of other variables to keep participants on their toes. The hybrid indoor / outdoor class includes running, jumping, skipping, and playing games as part of the Bootcamp curriculum.
In a format that combines high-intensity intervals with low-intensity recovery, this class includes everything from circuit stations to working against the clock, team drills to establishing personal bests, and body weight exercises to resistance band work. Lucky13Bootcamp promises to be an energy-filled sweat-fest that is the MOST fun you will have in 60 minutes!
