(En)Vision Coaching

Often, people need more than just a quick check-in during a workout session to address life imbalances or road blocks that might be impeding their workouts or overall wellness. Sometimes, people need one-on-one, individual coaching sessions to identify and talk through fears, challenges, nutritional guidance, stress reduction techniques, and behavior modification.
Michelle Densmore, CPT, LCSW has the education and the experience to coach clients on both their physical and mental wellness. Michelle received her Masters in Social Work from Simmons College, and is a licensed certified social worker. Her experience in a clinical setting using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention, and Solution-Focused Therapy, allow her to work through a wide range of challenges with clients. She helps clients pinpoint patterns and behaviors that contribute to an unhealthy lifestyle, and works alongside them to create long-lasting, healthy alternatives.

(En)Vision Coaching entails:
- 60-minute session (via phone or FaceTime) to assess initial issues and struggles. Client will identify goals, and obstacles to those goals.
- Behavior change plans will be co-developed by the client and Michelle to fit the client’s individual lifestyle.
- Check-in’s via text, email, and phone take place regularly for accountability and positive encouragement.
- Other services may be combined such as Customized Nutritional Analysis, design of personal training program, etc.
