MONSTER Monday Workout 7.29.13
- Jog x2min
- Butt Kicks x30
- Shoulder rolls FWD x5
- Shoulder rolls REV x5
THE WORKOUT (do this for 3-5 rounds or AMRAP for 20-30 min!)
- Bear Crawl x :30
- Pushups x10
- Reverse Run x :30
- Walking Lunge w/Hip Flexor Stretch x20
- Squat Jumps x5
- Your choice of plank!
