4 Proven Ways To Transform Your Body

I have a (maybe) tough question for you:

How much longer are you going to do the same sh!t and expect different results?

  • hours of cardio at the gym
  • restricting calories
  • going hard for a few weeks, and then giving up because “nothing’s happening”

Let me be clear:
You’ll never get the body you want and the confidence you deserve by restricting calories and killing yourself on the treadmill.
Don’t worry… I’m not gonna wrap it up there… πŸ˜† I am going to share 4 proven steps to transform your body & boost your confidence:

  1. Resistance Training 2-3 times per week: 30 to 45 minutes of total body work.
  2. Walk every day: Aim for at least 20 minutes. (and if you can’t get a 20 minute walk every single day, you’ve got a whole other set of problems.)
  3. Eat fewer calories than you burn every day: To find out how many calories you should be aiming for daily, Google TDEE calculator. Enter your personal information and get your goal number of calories per day. Subtract 15% and that’s the amount of calories you should be aiming to eat every day.
  4. (This one is a BONUS) Get Plenty of Protein Daily: This is the key to getting the tight, toned body that you want. Start by aiming for at least a hundred grams per day.

There you go…..it’s literally as simple as that.
