5 Exercises for Neck & Shoulder Tightness

Posture
I hope you had a great weekend. I did! Both of our kids began their baseball / Tball seasons, and they both happen to be on the Cubs… it was super cute seeing them in their matching uniforms.

I also got to take Chase (our 8 year old son) to his 1st Sox / Yankees game! Though the Sox lost, we still had a great time.
And then, we played baseball in the back yard yesterday for over an hour.
I’m guessing you’re sensing a theme of my weekend ๐Ÿ˜‰ โšพ๏ธ

Needless to say, my neck and shoulder are feeling tight on my throwing arm side.
And I thought today would be the perfect day to share this video with you:
5 EXERCISES FOR NECK & SHOULDER TIGHTNESS

I’m definitely going to be including these into my workout today!
And you might want to, as well, if you have shoulders or neck pain.

Throwing a baseball for hours can cause that sort of discomfort, but so can sitting at a desk, clacking away at a keyboard โŒจ๏ธ … or looking down at your phone ๐Ÿ“ฑ or tablet.

My guess is that 90% of people need these stretches in their lives, and we are happy to deliver them in a simple “follow along” format.
