I was chatting with a friend the other day, and she looked at me and said:
“I’ve been cutting calories every day, but I can’t seem to lose weight.”
She was super frustrated, as she fully understands that a calorie deficit is the only way to drop the extra pounds.
And she was making the effort to cut calories but it wasn’t working.
When I asked her how many calories she was cutting, she said:
“I mean, I’m not sure… I’m just eating like half of what I usually do.”
And then I knew what the problem was: she thought a “calorie deficit” was the same as omitting a whole bunch of calories from her usual eating.
They’re NOT the same.
Weight loss isn’t about just cutting a bunch of calories out of your diet randomly…. It’s about having the right amount of calories to fuel your body and drop body fat.
Cut too many calories, and you end up sabotaging your efforts because you slow your metabolism & fat loss….
Cut too few calories, and you won’t see much happen….
So HOW are you supposed to know exactly how many calories to cut?!
That’s where I can help.
Just shoot me an email ([email protected]) with “calculator” in the subject line and I’ll send you my free calorie calculator so you know exactly how many calories you should be eating…. so you can finally get some results!
