Over 40 & Sitting All Day?

A video still of a man in a gym demonstrating an exercise that targets the arms and lats.

If you’re reading this, there’s a high chance you’re a 40+ something person who sits for a majority of the day.
In short, you fit the description of 95% of the clients we work with at Lucky13.

We see it time and time again… for example, our client Sheila… she’s a 45 year old mom of 3 kids.
She works full time (desk job) and then her 2nd job is making sure her kids are in all the right places [sports, camp, theatre, dance] at the right times.
READ: more sitting in the car.

Sheila is a rockstar mom, wife, and overall human.
But the role she plays takes a toll on her body.
She comes in to the studio 2x/week and one of the things we do to help her feel better is the exercise I’m about to share with you below.

It’s something you can do at home… without any equipment.
Check out Coach Markus’s instructional video HERE.

The single-leg glute bridge + dumbbell press is a game changer for busy parents & desk-bound pros.
Here’s why you should be doing this movement:

✅ Activates sleepy glutes (bye-bye back pain)
✅ Opens tight hips from sitting
✅ Builds core & joint stability
✅ Trains upper & lower body together
✅ Boosts strength and mobility
✅ Low impact, high reward

Try 2-3 sets per side, 2x/week.

Give this exercise a try this week, and before you know it, you could be feeling good enough to sign up for your 1st 5k run like Sheila just did!
