This Can Change Everything

This Can Change Everything

I am writing to you from the West Coast today… 😎
I spent this past weekend watching the US Track & Field National Championships.
Wheeeeewwwww!!!! What a thing to witness.
Some of the world’s fastest people are competing for their spots to represent Team USA in the World Championships in Tokyo.
They put their hearts and souls all out there on that track… it was remarkable to watch.

I met some cool fellow spectators, and we all agreed – the event INSPIRED us.

Being around greatness is contagious!
Spending a weekend surrounded by the people who are the BEST at what they do was so incredibly inspiring and uplifting.

I actually think that putting yourself in the company of greatness can change everything about the trajectory of your life.

When you’re around the best, you feel compelled to level up and become better.
When you’re witnessing things that were once thought “impossible” actually happen right before your very eyes, you start to tune out doubt and tune in possibility.
You learn to rethink “I can’t…” and start to say “I just might be able to….”

I came away from the event SO filled with passion, excitement, and inspiration… and I can’t wait to witness something similar again.

Ask yourself the last time you were in the same room as somebody truly GREAT.

If it hasn’t happened in a while (or ever), I compel you… I urge you: make a promise to yourself that it’ll happen before 2025 comes to a close.

It could be the best chef, the best athlete, the best engineer, the best ANYTHING…. whatever your passion is, there’s someone out there who is GREAT at it… and being in a room with that person will ignite something within you to become your best.

IF you’re feeling down on yourself and discouraged about your fitness… your struggles with losing weight…. the best tip I can give you is this:

CHANGE YOUR COMPANY. Put yourself in the room with world class people and watch your entire life change.
