Jen’s training approach is grounded in principles of biomechanics, motor control, and strength development across the lifespan. Her work emphasizes movement in open, unconstrained environments rather than reliance on joint-restrictive machines, allowing for greater transfer to real-world function.
She prioritizes exposure to a broad spectrum of fundamental movement patterns, recognizing that movement variability and progressive strength training are essential for maintaining musculoskeletal health, injury resilience, and functional independence.
Most of Jen’s clients train privately in their homes, where programs are designed to reflect the physical demands of daily living, work, and recreation. Combining training in a client’s preferred environment allows for optimal motor learning, sustainable strength gains, and quality movement.
Outside of coaching, Jen enjoys cycling, skiing, and long walks in the woods. She enjoys exploring nature, and living an active, healthy lifestyle with her family and animals.
