I had an empowering and successful coaching experience with Michelle. It had been 5 years that I kept telling myself those extra pounds would be easy to loose and the number of those extra pounds kept growing. After so much time of only increasing my weight, I was nervous if I had what it took to loose the 20 lbs that was nagging me from feeling my best. So, I reached out to someone I knew could help me and be a resource. Of course getting instructions from one source is in itself, a huge asset (the internet can find you alternating opinions on everything!), but it was the weekly email reflections and feedback that, I felt, made this package complete. The monthly calls were awesome to ask specific questions about my workouts and have space to be curious. Michelle’s feedback was always a delight to receive and definitely amplified my own spark to reach my goals. I also appreciated her “printed” guides for both recipes and workouts. Viola…. 3 months of coaching, goal reached. 6 months after coaching, I still feel the lasting benefits of forming new habits and also feel supported knowing I can always lean on Michelle again as an amazing resource in this area.
