I started working with Michelle after a very busy time in my life when balancing work and graduate school lead me to some not-so-healthy habits and not feeling the best about my health. Attending weekly coaching with Michelle really helped me reprioritize my focus, develop a plan to get back to where I wanted to be, and held me accountable to that plan. She was there both to offer encouragement and support, and also to recommend new ideas or approaches when I was stuck or making excuses. Having the regular check-ins scheduled definitely helped me get back in the swing of a healthy routine more quickly than going it alone.
