Bootcamp challenged me to push myself past what I thought I could do. If I was doing exercises on a DVD at home I would have stopped when I was tired, but hearing Michelle say “You can do this – this is why you are here” kept me going.
I’ve been in group classes before but this was different. I felt encouraged by others and we congratulated each other when we finished. I liked that each week was different and I kept going to see what the next challenge would be.
Side note: I hated the agility rope the first week – it killed me! But a few weeks ago when we did it, I didn’t hate it as much!
