In my first 45 days at Lucky13:
I’ve lost weight and my clothes fit much better.
I’m on an eating plan that feels right for my body.
I sleep much better. In fact, my sleeping is totally transformed.
I have more energy.
I exercise every day without agonizing over it—it’s just a habit now.
The biggest change, my mindset. While this remains a daily challenge, Coach Michelle is giving me tools to navigate stress and transform my negative belief pattern into something affirming. I do feel like this is work that will never end, but I’ve made great strides and truly feel more at peace. I also had an unexpected health crisis and when I could not workout and was in a dark mental place, Coach Michelle’s mind work exercises were a life raft.
