Before becoming a member at Lucky13, I was feeling stuck, unable to mount a consistent effort to improve my health and manage my weight.
I lacked the energy, strength and stamina to do many of the activities I have enjoyed doing in the past.
The Coaches at Lucky13 provided me with regularly scheduled training sessions and also provided me with additional exercise routines I could easily do at home. Additionally, Michelle provided me with a nutrition plan that took my preferences into account, and provided an excellent guideline for better eating.
Through monthly coaching calls and other interactive means I was consistently encouraged to stay on a track and provided with excellent guidance on my path to better health.
So far in my time at Lucky13, I am back at many of the activities I have enjoyed in the past, including 10 mile hikes and 25 mile bike rides. I have more energy for my daily activities and I am sleeping better. Along the way I have also lost 25lbs!
