The biggest benefit to joining L13F has been learning what REAL food is, and having a great team to support me with my fitness and nutrition goals. I loved being held accountable by having in-studio workout sessions as well as the monthly coaching call.

Before joining, I thought I was eating healthy and exercising, but I was wrong! I made mostly good choices but was following a structured weight loss program that encouraged using low fat or sugar free products, which come to find out are basically just chemicals and fake food. I worked out in the gym but not to the best of my potential and I can tell you for certain now having worked out with Markus, I was hurting myself which is never a good thing. The small group classes were perfect for me because I got the individualized attention I needed but didn’t have the audience I always felt like I had in a large gym. Plus, no fancy equipment or guess work, I learned to work out at home with my own body and very little equipment. It’s amazing!
