Often, people approach weight loss or other fitness goals without considering the power of their mindset. Exercising and eating better foods will not yield a successful long-term outcome if the right mindset isn't developed, as well.
Most often, the road blocks and obstacles that impede a person's workouts or overall wellness are mental in nature; stress, negative self-talk, and lack of accountability to self to name a few.
These road blocks spill over & impede success in other areas of life, such as career, relationships, and personal development.
Our mindset coaching provides clients with one-on-one, individual sessions to identify limiting beliefs & negative narratives that are ultimately responsible for holding them back from their highest potential. Then the work begins to change the narrative and build positive, successful beliefs & habits that will create a breakthrough, allowing them to achieve their purpose.
Michelle Densmore, CPT, LCSW has the education and the experience to coach clients on both their physical and mental wellness. Michelle received her Masters in Social Work from Simmons College, and is a licensed certified social worker. Her experience in a clinical setting using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention, and Solution-Focused Therapy, allow her to work through a wide range of challenges with clients. She helps clients pinpoint patterns and behaviors that contribute to an unhealthy lifestyle, and works alongside them to create long-lasting, healthy alternatives.

(En)Vision Mindset & Success Coaching entails:
- 30-minute session (via phone or FaceTime) to assess initial issues and struggles. Client will identify goals, and obstacles to those goals.
- Behavior change plans will be co-developed by the client and Michelle to fit the client’s individual lifestyle.
- Check-in’s via text, email, and phone take place regularly for accountability and positive encouragement.
- Other services may be combined such as Customized Nutritional Analysis, design of personal training program, etc.
