Meet Us
We are an independent, family owned & operated personal training and fitness coaching studio.
Founder & co-owner, Michelle Densmore, created Lucky13Fitness in 2010 as a way to combine her education in the mental health field with her passion and expertise in building and maintaining a lifestyle of fitness.
In 2012, Lucky13Fitness expanded from an outdoor bootcamp & in-home personal training service to a full-service studio in Burlington. In 2014, Michelle & Jen (newly married!) combined forces to co-own and operate the business.
Today, Lucky13Fitness has a staff of 3, and offers personal training [both in-person & virtual], fitness & lifestyle coaching, and nutritional guidance to individuals who want to look and feel better than they have in the last decade. Beyond just training a person’s physical body, the coaches at Lucky13Fitness place a big focus on personal coaching, motivation, accountability and the habit-based behavior change that is necessary for success.
