Founder & Trainer,Michelle Densmore, has taken her expertise in fitness and combined it with her education in the mental health field to create a unique, transformative experience for people who are ready to make positive change to their body and whole life.
Lucky13Fitness isn't your average gym, studio, or fitness center. Instead, it's a one-of-a-kind transformation center that focuses on all aspects of what makes a person fit, happy, and healthy.
Physical fitness is - of course- a major focus, but we go even further and address nutrition, stress level, sleep, work/life balance and more. It is our philosophy that each of these areas is just as critical as an exercise training program, when it comes to achieving long-lasting success.
Our services reflect our holistic philosophy and go far above and beyond simply providing a workout.
Instead, we educate, coach, and guide you to improve your physical fitness, nutritional health, stress management, and overall self-motivation.
Michelle calls this "Training the Brain." When focus is placed on improving the mind, improvement on the body will follow.
Choose between our 1-on-1 personal training, which gives you the 100% undivided attention of a trainer & exclusive studio access, or our semi-private personal training which offers an environment where you’ll workout alongside 1-3 other individuals.
No matter which service you choose, you will receive an individualized fitness program, based entirely on you and your fitness goals. Both 1-on-1 and semi-private personal training are available virtually via Zoom. Members may utilize both in-person and Zoom options at their convenience.
We strongly believe that taking time to strategize and create a plan is an imperative part of goal achievement. That’s why all of our members participate in monthly Coaching Calls each month. This gives you a 30-minute* private call with owner/trainer, Michelle Densmore, to address progress, struggles, as well as discuss nutrition, stress, sleep, and more.
Combining focused, hard-working training sessions with a structured plan developed in Coaching calls yields the best possible outcome: goal achievement, creating a balanced life, and happy, satisfied members!
*60-minute calls, and in-person Coaching also available.
