So here are 3 steps to set up a morning routine that trains your brain to be strong and resilient.
1. DO NOT look at your phone as soon as you wake up!!
You're going to get sucked into that negative energy of social media and email that discourages you.
2. Write, read, and repeat your mantra.
A mantra is one strong sentence that makes you feel powerful, capable, and focused.
3. Listen to a five-minute morning meditation that sets a positive intention to your day. Find something that inspires you and helps you visualize living life at your best.
These three steps can be done in 10 minutes or less, so you have no excuse NOT to do them every single day!
Stay consistent with these steps for 30 days, and I guarantee your mental muscle will become stronger than any stress you encounter.
