As is the case with most things, the answer is "it depends."
It depends on the individual person and how much time, energy, and money they are willing to invest in their own transformation.
- How many days per week are you willing to train?
- How willing are you to make improved nutrition choices?
- How open are you to incorporating daily mindfulness techniques?
The answers to these questions give me much more clarity and confidence when I give an answer.
If person A is willing and able to train 3x/week, reduce processed food intake by 90%, and practice 5 minutes of daily meditation, I’d venture to guess that they’d be seeing results like:
- improved energy
- decrease in body fat
- clear and glowing skin
- better posture
- less fatigue
- increased overall strength
- Better sleep
- Less stress
In about 30 days.
If person B is willing and able to train 1x/week, reduce processed food intake by 10-20%, and is not willing to practice mindfulness daily, I’d guess that they’d see a fraction of what person A sees for results.
It may take person B 3-6 months to see the same level of results that person A sees in just 30 days.
So, as you can see- it all depends!
