Warmup
5 inchworms
10 lateral lunges
20 hip swings
20 over the fence
20 shoulder rolls fwd/rev
10 Dead Bug
THE WORKOUT
- Run (or walk) 1 mile
Then do 3-5 rounds of:
-Front Squats x10
-Inverted Body Weight Rows x10
-Plank Up/Downs x10
- Mountain Climbers x :30
