Here are the 4 most important things you need to know about weight loss, in order for you to execute successfully:
- Calories in MUST be < Calories Out: I don’t care how “healthy” the food is that you’re eating… if you’re taking in more than you’re expending, you will not lose weight.
- Nutrition is a better tool than Exercise: exercise is extremely important, for many reasons…but if you only focus on movement & are reluctant to focus on nutrition, you will not be successful in the long run.
- It’s Not a “diet”, It’s a Lifestyle Change: don’t roll your eyes… this is something you must truly accept, if you wish to lose weight and keep it off. You cannot keep doing the same things and uphold the same habits if you wish for the result to be different. You must build a NEW version of you.
