There's so much false information floating out there on the internet, it's scary!
In particular, there are 3 really common nutrition myths that I don't want you to fall for...
I'll share the myths, and then the TRUTH!

1) CARBS ARE THE ENEMY FOR WEIGHT LOSS
When it comes to weight loss, the key is to choose the best quality carbs. This includes complex carbohydrates like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.
2) EATING FAT WILL MAKE YOU FAT
The reality is that choosing healthy fats like avocados, nuts, and olive oil actually bring some very essential nutrients to your diet. And fats eaten in the right amounts can actually support your weight loss because of their natural ability to keep you full.
3) SKIPPING MEALS LEADS TO MORE WEIGHT LOSS
The truth is that weight loss happens with caloric deficit. However, many people end up overdoing it later in the day when they've skipped a meal earlier in the day. The better approach is just to eat balanced meals throughout the day.
