
Losing weight - specifically body fat - can seem daunting to many people.
Sure, there are a LOT of things you could do…. But often when a person tries to do too many things at once, they end up failing at everything.
It’s too overwhelming.
Today I want to share 2 simple breakfast hacks that can contribute to fat loss, even if you don’t change anything else right away.
- Eat breakfast 10-14 hours after your last meal the night before. Ex: finish dinner at 8pm, wake up and eat breakfast anywhere between 6am - 10am.
- Make your 1st meal of the day very low in sugar, moderate in protein, and high in fat. Ex: 2 eggs with ½ avocado.
I could go deep down into a rabbit hole and get into all of the science-y “Why” behind these two hacks, but I want to keep this message as simple as possible.
