But not everyone is ready to set foot into a gym...
That doesn't mean you still can't be successful at losing body fat.
Here are 3 tips to help promote fat loss that do not require setting foot in a gym:
1) PROTEIN
Get ample amounts of protein at each and every meal.. Protein helps to keep you full, feed your muscles & stave off cravings for unhealthy junk food.
2) WATER
Bumping up your water intake will help you bring down your body fat percentage... If regular water is boring, try adding fresh squeezed citrus, or drinking unsweetened seltzer or herbal tea. Aim to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces per day.
3) VEGGIES
Fresh. Raw, steamed, broiled, grilled, baked, or sautéed. Avoid drowning them in heavy sauces, marinades or oils. And deep fried veggies don't count! Eat as many as you want in a meal, or in a day.... they keep you full and are low calorie. They're also packed with beneficial vitamins & minerals.
