Having been in the fitness industry for over a decade, I've come to learn that there's a pretty "typical" path that people take when trying to lose weight, get fit & feel more confident about themselves.
I call it "typical" not because it works or because it's special, but because it's just what most people think needs to happen...
And, unfortunately, MOST of the time this typical path only frustrates & angers people... ultimately causing them to give up.
