Whether it’s a weekend getaway with friends or a significant other, a work trip, or a regular ol’ family vacation…. Travel can wreak some havoc on weight loss or fitness progress.
One of the ways to help maintain progress and mitigate backslide is to stay active.
And that does NOT mean doing a full-out training session or marathon workout in the hotel gym.
It just means taking 20 minutes MAX to get the body moving.
My favourite thing to do when I’m traveling is the “One Dumbbell Workout”.
