Since fall has begun I thought I'd just do a short and sweet reminder to pay extra attention to your immune system...even though that's been a hot topic for the last 18 months.
But, as we roll into the colder, darker months it's important we pay extra attention.
Two simple supplements I recommend are:
Vitamin D has probably received more attention (at least in non-mainstream media) in the last 18 months than I think it's gotten in the 2 ½ decades I've been a fitness professional...and rightfully so.
