Now, today, I want to share with you a simple way you can kick things off, even if joining us for the 30 Day Test Drive isn't something you're ready for yet...or maybe you're already happy working out somewhere else, which is cool, too. 😊
For a lot of people, their focus, when they want to look & feel better, is around nutrition.
After all, we just came out of summer, and for many, that means more sugar and alcohol than usual. I’ll fully admit, I do enjoy me some ice cream over the summer. 😉
This summer we brought our kids to the local ice cream shop a handful of times, and although I can count on 2 hands the number of ice cream servings I had this summer, I can still feel the effects on my body.
Anyway, now is usually a good time for people to get back on point with some of their more supportive nutrition habits.
A really great way to see what you should be eating in order to reach your goals, with plenty of examples and samples is our Customized Nutritional Analysis. Another great thing I like to do is a healthy detox this time of year. A super-simple start would be Eniva's 7-Day Detox & Cleanse program. I’m actually going to do a Detox myself in a couple weeks. (join me???) And, if you're still at a point where you need things to be even more simple then just start with your water intake...
Drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day. (If you weigh 150lbs, drink 75oz per day. If you weigh 200lbs, drink 100oz per day… you get the idea)
