And that’s why I tell everyone to start their first step on their journey by making a CREAMY CHOCOLATE SHAKE for breakfast!!!
Yep, you read that right!
There is a healthy way to make this, and it gives your body lots of wonderful nutrients while keeping the chemical-laden, processed stuff out.
I want to share that recipe with you today so you can give it a try for yourself!
CREAMY CHOCOLATE SHAKE (makes 2 servings)
Ingredients
• 2 bananas
• . cup unsweetened coconut milk
• 1/8 raw cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp raw honey
• 2 tbsp raw almond butter
• Dash of sea salt
• Dash of fresh ground cinnamon
• 2 cups ice
Directions
1. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend on high until smooth.
And here’s a hack for saving time:
Double this recipe and make 4 servings on a Sunday afternoon. Put them in individual containers in the freezer.
Each morning as you get up, grab one (all ready to go!!!) and by the time you get into your car or to your office, it’ll be melted enough to drink!
