20 hip swings
20 over the fence
20 shoulder rolls fwd/rev
10 Dead Bug
WORKOUT:
Goblet Squat x10
3 x :10 plank
Jump Rope x 50 skips
3 x :10 plank
Push-Up x 5
3 x :10 plank
Jumping Jax x 20
3 x :10 plank
Reverse Lunges x 16
3 x :10 plank
