MONSTER Monday Workout 8.19.13: No Whining While I’m Wine-ing!
- Foam Roll
- High Knee walk/skip x20
- Shoulder rolls FWD x5
- Shoulder rolls REV x5
- Inchworms x5
THE WORKOUT (do 3- 5 rounds)
1) Sumo Squat x15
2) Glute Bridge w/Row x7
3) Dynamic walking Hip Flexor Stretch x10
4) Push-ups x10
5) Plank w/spiderman x :30
6) Lateral Lunges x12 per leg
7) Dips x20
8) BURPEES x5
