Warm Up
- Hip Swings x20/leg
- Grapevine x :30sec
- Lateral lunges x10
- Inchworms x10
THE WORKOUT
[do this circuit 3-5 times through, taking breaks when you need]
- Body Weight Squats x10
- Tricep Dips (on bench) x10
- Burpees x10
- Reverse Lunges x12/leg
- Bicep Curl w/ Overhead Press using DB x10
- Jump Squats x :20
