This week’s workout is all body-weight based because I want you to have ZERO excuses to skip it!!! If you’re traveling, and don’t have access to a gym or equipment, have no fear!! Try this one out and get your holiday sweat on!
MONSTER Monday Workout 11.19.12
Warm Up
- 30 seconds high knees, in place
- 30 seconds high kicks
- 30 seconds shoulder circles fwd, 30 seconds rev.
- 30 seconds jumping jax
Circuit 1 (do 3-5 rounds OR AMRAP for 10-15 minutes)
- Body Weight squat x 10
- Mountain Climbers x 20
- Push Ups x10
- Supermans x15
- Low Plank x30 seconds
Circuit 2 (do 3 rounds)
- 15 jumping jax
- 5 tuck jumps
- 5 star jumps
- 5 Burpees
***If you are not familiar with any of the exercises, consult a certified professional before you attempt them! Adjust the length and intensity of this workout in accordance to your fitness level. You can decrease weight, or reps for any of the exercises. You can also modify body weight exercises.
