- Inchworms x10
- High Knees in place x30 seconds
- Band Pulls x10

[do this circuit for a total of 4 rounds, taking a 1 minute break after each round]
- Lateral Lunges x10/side
- Renegade Rows w/KB x10/side
- BURPEES! x5
- Bench Step-Ups x25
- Pushups x10
- Mountain Climbers x :20
- Side plank x :30/side
- Body weight squats x15
