We've been chatting about healthy hacks for travel and I wanted to share some of those with you today:
No matter where I’m traveling, or for what purpose, there are some travel staples that I always bring with me.
Eniva makes some of their products in simple 1oz travel packets, so I never have to miss a day with my Vibe multivitamin.
Having simple daily doses of these things really helps my immune system when I’m traveling. Having Cold Buster packets is a great way to give yourself high doses of Vitamin C & other natural immune boosters.
I usually do some sort of a workout every day that I'm away, so I pack ATP-Pro and Vascular Advantage (both powders) to mix in water, along with an UltraShot packet. It’s a GREAT pre-workout boost.
Lastly, I bring daily doses of Omega 3, and probiotic to help keep my gut feeling good!
Some folks might roll their eyes and think its a pain in the a$$ to include all of these items, but truthfully it takes me less than 10 minutes to get everything together and put it in my luggage.
