Ok, now I’m going to guess (READ: tell you exactly) why you haven’t been able to hit it.
HINT: it’s not your busy schedule, your age, hormones, lack of time, bad luck, etc that is the reason you can’t hit your goal
The TRUE reason you aren’t hitting the goals you want is because of your internal belief and narrative.
