When it comes to losing weight, getting fit, and having body confidence, there are a few simple truths that MOST people avoid....
Mostly because they're simple facts that, if faced head on, would force people to own up to their excuse-making and justification for why they can't seem to reach their goals.
I know that might sound harsh, but I strongly believe that people are their OWN biggest obstacle when it comes to success.
We are experts at ignoring facts, creating excuses, and shifting blame or responsibility onto someone or something else.
Over the next few days, I'll give you some prime examples of what I believe are simple truths that most people ignore when it comes to fitness and weight loss.
TRUTH #1
Most people don't think twice about spending money on dinners out, booze, clothes, makeup & other discretionary spending that makes them feel good on the outside.
I've never seen anyone bat an eye about dinner that costs $100 or a $50 shirt.
But they won't spend $200/month on personal training to make them feel good from the inside out?!?!
The claim is always that it’s too expensive to afford.
But the truth is that we get to choose how we invest our money.
And, if we really valued our own health & fitness, we would choose to prioritize the things that made it happen.
