So many people ignore simple truths, and in doing so they sabotage their own efforts to live their best life in their best body.
In my last blog, I talked about Truth #1… and today I’m back to discuss the next truth that most people ignore...
TRUTH #2
People pour hours a day/week/month into scrolling through Facebook, Instagram, and other internet sites....
But they "don't have the time" to dedicate 1-3 hours a week to their health and fitness?!?!?!
Much like we do with money, we choose how we spend our time.
In fact, you can tell a LOT about what someone values just by looking at how and where they spend their time.
Many people will say that they really want to lose weight and feel better in their own skin, yet they’re not willing to get honest about why they “don’t have the time,” to dedicate to exercise or meal prep.
Take a long, hard look at how you spend 24 hours.
How many hours are spent mindlessly scrolling through social media?
How much time is spent/wasted watching TV or playing video games?
If you want to make progress toward your best body & life, allocate the time necessary to make it happen.
