Not cool.
The past two years did a lot of damage. So if you’ve lost your way, my advice would be to take one step in the direction of self care today.
It doesn’t have to be a 300-pound deadlift or 5-mile run.
It could be 15 minutes of meditation … a massage … chiropractic adjustment … making a long overdue doctor’s appointment … or simply taking a nap.
A brisk walk outside in the sunshine would do the trick, too.
Personally, I’m on a mission to help as many people as I can regain their physical and emotional health .. and yes, they go hand-in-hand.
The problem is, I only have room for about 50 clients in my studio … so this newsletter serves as another way I can commit to reaching and helping way more people.
