Ask yourself where your health & fitness will be two years from today if you make the changes you need to make.
Where will it be if you let go of the habits and behaviors that are holding you back from reaching your goals?
How will your clothes fit?
How will your happiness in the way you look have changed?
How much more confidence will you have in yourself ?
How much less will you be worried about your cholesterol, blood pressure, A1C, and overall health?
Now, ask yourself a second question.
Ask yourself where your health & fitness will be two years from today if you don't make the changes you need to make.
Where will it be if you let certain habits and behaviors continue to hold you back from reaching your goals?
Will things get worse?
Will you get injured or develop a medical condition or disease?
Will you be less social and less apt to do the activities you once enjoyed?
Will you be satisfied with way things are?
Getting to where you want to go isn't confusing.
It requires letting go of the behaviors and choices that hold you back and replace them with behaviors and choices that will lead to where you want to go.
But let me leave you with a reminder:
Those two years are going to pass either way.
Whether you are willing to be better in order to achieve more, or are ok with the status quo, that time is going to pass...
...and it will pass quicker than you think.
